This Refund Policy applies to fees paid to Global Funded for access to our evaluation and funding programs. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. Because our services provide immediate access to digital products (a simulated trading account and related platform access), specific conditions apply to refunds.
Where required by applicable consumer-protection law, you may be entitled to a refund within any statutory cooling-off period, provided you have not yet begun using the service (for example, you have not placed your first trade or otherwise started the program). We may also, at our discretion, offer refunds or credits in cases of duplicate payment or verified billing error.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable in the following circumstances, without limitation:
To request a refund, contact billing@globalfunded.net from the email address associated with your account, including your order details and the reason for your request. We may require additional information to verify your identity and eligibility.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account(s) and forfeiture of any pending payouts, and we reserve the right to contest illegitimate disputes.
